Fred is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and management of sales and business. A true team leader, Fred is backed by a wealth of experience across business planning, marketing, and strategy management with a track record of driving growth and innovation for his clients.

For each project, Fred ensures optimum results, working closely with developers, consultants, and end-users to ensure that all parties’ expectations are exceeded. As one of the founding directors of the company, Fred has been instrumental in building one of Australia’s leading embedded network providers.

As Director of Arc Energy’s Renewable Energy division, he oversees the holistic management of a vast offering of renewable solutions such as Solar PV, Electric Vehicles, Green Tech, etc. Each division includes a team of project managers and talented engineers.

Combining his passion for renewable energy and business, George is responsible for managing the company’s existing renewable portfolio and for the construction of new projects which provide long-term, sustainable returns. He holds degrees in Engineering (Renewable Energy) and Commerce (Finance, Business Economics) from the University of New South Wales and has been involved in the renewable energy sector for over a decade.

Elise Pearson is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a robust background in business operations. She is recognized for her ability to drive excellence through a combination of teamwork, goal orientation, and a solutions-focused approach.

With a track record of delivering results-driven solutions, Elise excels in implementing change management systems, streamlining operational processes and project efficiencies. Her unique ability to leverage empathy allows her to deeply understand and address stakeholder needs, ensuring successful project outcomes that exceed expectations.

Krystal Attwater is our Telecommunications Manager and joins Arc Energy Group with over a decade of experience in telecommunications. She is responsible for the company’s Fibre Solution services, liaising with clients and partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

As the crossover between embedded networks and wireless services becomes greater, Krystal’s expertise is pivotal to our increased service offering. From the moment a customer engages our services, Krystal ensures that the switchover is smooth and that any queries are dealt with quickly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
