The developers were seeking a complete end-to-end service from design to implementation which included on-going maintenance and billing for future tenants.

Arc Energy Group was engaged in the early stages of this development to work alongside project managers and engineers to supply and install smart metering, along with a centralised hot water system. As well as energy and hot water, Arc Energy will also supply NBN solutions to the entire building.
