Located in the heart of Homebush, The Lofts II consists of 142 residential apartments along with 7 retail units.

Arc Energy Group was engaged by Decode as the Embedded Network operator for this 142-unit complex.
We started our process in the early stages of this project, working alongside the developers, engineers, architects and consultants during planning right through to the stages of construction.
Arc Energy Group provided a smart metering system to all individual lots. In order to meet the building’s enormous hot water demands, the developer required reliable, centralised hot water plant. These solutions were carried out by our team, who arranged the production of these systems, installed them to the highest standard and within project constraints.

With the end-user in mind, these smart systems will enable future tenants to view and manage their energy usage, allowing them to better control their energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint.
